The book has red coloured outer covers with a hand lettered label in classical Chinese.
The book comprises hand coloured pen and ink sketches on cloth-like material, all mounted onto heavy wood-like board backing. The images are on one side, the reverse being plain flecked paper.
There are 7 x double page erotic images in total, each depicting an explicit sexual encounter.
There is rubbing and wear to the edges of the book.
